Deine Rolle im Team
- We are looking for a passionate Information Technology Supervisor to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
- You will ensure the smooth operation of all hotel technology systems, supporting both guest-facing and heart-of-house functions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot all IT hardware and software, including PCs, printers, POS terminals, credit card systems, telephony, and network infrastructure.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and guest impact.
- Document standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
- Administer and control IT inventory, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all support calls in the company's tracking system.
- Ensure adherence to data security protocols and corporate IT policies.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Strong technical knowledge of hotel systems (Opera PMS, Micros POS etc.).
- Hands-on mentality with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Erfahrung
- Minimum 3-5 years of IT experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
