Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position entwickelst du Testpläne zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität, identifizierst Probleme, optimierst Testprozesse mit Automatisierung und arbeitest eng mit Entwicklungsteams zusammen, um Lösungen für Defekte zu finden.
Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Test Engineer in Direct Fastening, your role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of products throughout their development process.
- This involves developing comprehensive test plans, identifying and troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address defects and implementing solutions to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Your role also entails collaborating closely with product development teams to understand the product requirements and design appropriate testing strategies.
- You share your project findings with project and steering committees, promoting transparent and straightforward communication within project teams and with management.
- Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies, leveraging automation tools and techniques wherever possible to streamline testing efforts and improve overall efficiency.
- To further deepen your initial leadership experience, you will coordinate tasks and workflows with internal and external partners and supervise and coach external employees.
- We will accompany you intensively in your onboarding and support you both in the challenging technical tasks and through coaching and mentoring.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related disciplines.
Qualifikationen
- High affinity for practical activities and the ability to identify and solve problems.
- High team orientation with very good communication skills in an interdisciplinary and international environment.
- Very good communication skills in English, knowledge of German an advantage.
Erfahrung
- Work experience in product testing or product development in an industrial or academic environment are an advantage.
- International experience in the form of work experience, internships or semesters abroad an advantage.
