Deine Rolle im Team
- You will be responsible for improving the security features and posture of Unwired products, with specific focus on our operating system.
- As part of our ongoing security and software hardening efforts, you will lead the technical improvements and implementations within our products, and also develop security relevant features yourself.
- This role works closely together with our technical compliance (IEC 62443) as part of the combined development & operations team.
- You will be responsible for development tasks and shipping features into production.

Ausbildung
- Preferred background: degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
Qualifikationen
- Technical background: Solid understanding of technical software systems with Linux, cloud service components, networking and software development processes.
- Security background: Solid understanding of security principles and how they are utilized in operating systems with network and virtualization services.
- Preferred background: Implemented or maintained secure boot on arm/x64, full disk encryption, using TPM modules and secure enclaves.
- Analytical and structured work style: Systematic approach to interpreting complex requirements and identifying technical & procedural gaps.
- Documentation and reporting: Precise, audit-ready writing and documentation capabilities (e.g. architecture diagrams, threat modelling, system description).
- Language skills: Excellent German and English skills (verbal and written).
Erfahrung
- Beneficial: Experience with process isolation (jailing, containers, container runtimes), cgroups, AppArmor, seccomp, SELinux, Linux namespaces.
