Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, interactive web interfaces using TypeScript and Web Components (Lit-based).
- Architect and build scalable, maintainable frontend solutions with a strong focus on performance and code quality.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and production-ready web applications in close collaboration with product designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders.
- Write clean, modern, and semantic CSS, avoiding frameworks in favor of well-structured plain styles.
- Develop and maintain a reusable component library using Storybook, ensuring design consistency across products.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability, leveraging tools like Vite for fast development and builds.
- Ensure code quality through best practices and tooling such as ESLint, Biome, and SonarQube.
- Lead by example in code reviews, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay current with frontend trends and emerging technologies, proposing adoption where beneficial.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues effectively to maintain a seamless user experience.
- Work with a fantastic team coming from more than 15 nationalities.

Ausbildung
- University degree or equivalent in the field of Technology is an advantage.
Qualifikationen
- Fluency in English is mandatory (German is an advantage).
- Deep understanding of CSS and a passion for pixel-perfect implementation.
- Familiarity with build tooling, component libraries, and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong communication skills ¿ you can explain technical decisions clearly and understand non-technical perspectives.

Erfahrung
