- Troubleshooting ERP and logistics issues in global SAP systems.
- Resolving technical quality and customs-related issues in the SAP environment.
- Monitoring IDOCs and interfaces to ensure smooth transaction flows.
- Maintaining and validating critical logistics-related master data.
- Analyzing recurring system or data issues and developing sustainable solutions.
- Using reporting tools to harmonize and optimize processes and systems.
- Documenting support cases and contributing to training materials.
- Supporting users with SAP and ARIBA-related queries.
- Aligning system processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Supporting ERP testing, go-lives, system transitions, and post-go-live stabilization.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Minimum of secondary school diploma (Matura) and solid professional experience in logistics, business administration, or IT.
Qualifikationen
- Proven ability to monitor and resolve IDOC/interface issues in ERP systems.
- Strong skills in supporting transactional processes and maintaining master data.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus.
- Structured, solution-oriented work style and the ability to work independently in global teams.
Erfahrung
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP in the modules SD, MM, and LE.
