In dieser Position überwachst du die technische Umsetzung von Lösungen im Bereich Risikomanagement der Lieferkette, gewährleistest Datenqualität und stehst im engen Austausch mit dem Customer Success Team für eine reibungslose Implementierung.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Oversee the technical implementation of supply chain risk management solutions, guaranteeing a successful rollout for customers.
- Monitor and ensure data quality and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success & Implementation Manager to ensure customer happiness and rapid onboarding timelines.
- Continuously improve the technical implementation process through automations and quality gate creation to ensure data quality and a smooth handover to the Customer Success team post-implementation.

Ausbildung
- Completed higher education (HAK, HTL, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent).
Qualifikationen
- Very good Excel skills, tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms.
- Advanced SQL skills or propensity to learn.
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to diverse work environments.
- Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment.
- Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken.
- Valid work permit for Austria.
- Script type programming languages like javascript or python.
Erfahrung
- Experience in a SaaS & digital solutions companies.
- Previous experience in technical industry, procurement industry or supply chain environment.
