In dieser Rolle koordinierst du die Übersetzung von Kunden- und technischen Anforderungen in präzise Spezifikationen. Du arbeitest eng mit R&D-Teams, Produktmanagement und Nutzern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Produkte den definierten Leistungsanforderungen entsprechen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- This role is responsible for coordinating feature and product requirements within a complex technical environment.
- You will act as a key interface between R&D expert teams, Product Management, and end users, driving the process of translating diverse requirements into clear, measurable technical specifications.
- A solid understanding of how features are implemented at a technical level is essential in order to define performance criteria that guide development, testing, and product rollout.
- Balance customer performance needs, physical limits, R&D feasibility, timeline, cost, and serviceability requirements into structured technical specifications.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define clear, measurable, and testable requirements.
- Define development, validation, and release criteria to ensure product features perform as intended in real-world use.
- Communicate and align requirements across engineering, product, and service teams to ensure consistent implementation and understanding.

Ausbildung
- Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field; cross-disciplinary knowledge preferred.
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of complex technical systems and how features are implemented at system level.
- Ability to translate technical and customer requirements into clear, measurable, and testable specifications.
- Strong analytical, structured thinking, and excellent communication skills to align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to balance conflicting inputs between different technical and commercial stakeholders, identifying bottlenecks and synergies.
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail in documentation and requirement definition.
Erfahrung
- Experience with interfacial communication and cross-department alignment; between R&D, Product Management, Production, and Service stakeholders.
