In dieser Position entwickelst du Kommunikationsmaterialien und Implementierungsdokumente, koordinierst Schulungen und optimierst das Angebot basierend auf Kundenfeedback und interner Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen Team.
Deine Rolle im Team
- The Product Delivery Manager translates our product and service strategy into clear offering structures, sales materials, implementation documents, demos, FAQs, and rollout materials.
- This role links Product with Go-to-market teams to ensure offerings are easy to communicate, sell, implement, and support consistently.
- Organize and maintain product and service offerings, including descriptions, configurations, and related legal and commercial templates.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, fact sheets, FAQs, demo environments, and benefit/ROI arguments.
- Prepare implementation & support materials such as onboarding presentations and documents, handouts, runbooks, and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate continuous product and service trainings to ensure expertise across all teams.
- Collect feedback from customers and the internal team to improve our offering.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills across teams.
- Structured, proactive, and reliable working style with fluent English.
- Willingness to travel.
Erfahrung
- Relevant experience in B2B product management or related fields.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated industries.
Unser Angebot
- A minimum gross salary of 65.000 per year (overpayment possible).
- Flexible working time.
- Permanent full-time contract (38,5 h / week).
