Deine Rolle im Team
- You contribute to basic and applied research projects in the fields of machine learning, computer vision and explainable AI.
- You develop and evaluate machine learning approaches for physiological or human-centered data, such as gait analysis, eye-tracking and EEG data.
- You develop software in Python using common machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow and PyTorch).
- You support the development of research prototypes and frontend applications for demonstrators.
- You contribute to publications and the dissemination of research results.
- To a limited extent, you are involved in teaching (max. 6 semester periods a week) as well as in supervising scientific theses and teaching projects.

Ausbildung
- Completed Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Media Technology, Software Engineering or a related technical field that qualifies you for admission to a PhD/doctoral programme.
Qualifikationen
- Advanced knowledge in the areas of explainable and interactive machine learning is an advantage.
- Strong interest in applied research and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical thinking and a structured working style.
Erfahrung
- Initial research experience as an intern, teaching assistant or research assistant is desirable.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Experience with physiological or human-centered data, such as gait analysis, eye-tracking or EEG data, is an advantage.
