- Design and development of scalable, high-performance software architectures that align with the company’s goals
- Integration of existing legacy systems into modern technology stacks – efficiently and with minimal disruption
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements
- Evaluation and recommendation of tools, technologies, and processes to ensure quality and performance
- Technical leadership and mentoring within development teams with a focus on continuous improvement
- Conducting architecture reviews and ensuring compliance with current standards and best practices
- Actively staying on top of technology trends to continuously optimize the software landscape

Erfahrung
- Solid experience in software architecture with a focus on Java technologies
- Successful implementation of integration projects – from legacy systems to modern technologies
- Strong knowledge of design patterns , development methodologies , and best practices
- Broad technical expertise in frontend and backend technologies with high adaptability
- Experience in developing robust and future-proof interfaces/APIs
- Knowledge in cloud technologies , microservices architectures , and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
