In dieser Position diagnostizierst du Infrastruktur- und Anwendungsprobleme und unterstützt aktiv Kundenprojekte, führst Softwarebereitstellungen durch und verbesserst kontinuierlich die technische Dokumentation und Prozesse.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues remotely.
- Provide active remote support in customer projects.
- Perform configuration changes and software deployments.
- Conduct service validation, testing, and follow-up on delivery incidents.
- Proactively update documentation, process descriptions, and technical records.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
- Handle technical escalations and support P1 incident cases, including team representation when required.

Ausbildung
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telematics, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong knowledge of scripting, databases, and both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Curious and eager to understand how complex systems fit together.
- Enjoys documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); German language skills would be an advantage.
- A strong team player with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Willingness to occasionally travel and take on hands-on tasks.
Erfahrung
- Around 5 years of experience in IT solutions or a similar technical environment.
- Experience with ITSM/ALM tools (e.g., Cherwell, Jira, Confluence, Git, Azure).
