Job Technologien
Deine Rolle im Team
- Pick up and prioritize Service Requests & Incidents and execute the tasks
- Monitor and regular execute data back-up of systems
- Approve, create, manage and maintain IT continuity plans
- Administrate and manage user identity and access to IT systems
- Implement & ensure security protection
- Support of the key-users in respect of system functionality and software features
- Maintenance and configuration of MES applications
- Support the development of MES and Automation System
- Support the MES full test/validations for major system upgrades or releases of new MES functions.
- Support and maintain interfaces to equipment level
- Communicate with Suppliers if issues cannot be resolved internally

Ausbildung
- HTL/BSc degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, Automation, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or similar
Qualifikationen
- Test-Driven development methodology
- Knowledge of Process Management and Service Management
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent inter personal skills to work effectively with our internal customer Manufacturing, Engineering and Equipment teams
- Excellent organizational time management skills
- Intercultural awareness and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem resolution skills as well as organizational talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to work in a shift- model
Erfahrung
- Atleast 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in integrating manufacturing equipment to host systems such as MES or SCADA
- Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), as well as .NET, TypeScript, Node.JS, JavaScript, C# would be good to have
- Experience working with databases such as MS SQL
- Experience in intercultural collaboration
