- Manages a group of program/project managers in business operations that support the Reliant SWC product line, which is focused on Specialty Technologies and Advanced Packaging.
- Manage order execution
- Define and align technical requirements with Account Teams, Customers and Product Management.
- Coordinates customer hardware and technical specifications.
- Order change management.
- Escalation management.
- Create spin clean configuration documents and Quotes according POA.
- Data maintenance in CRM or other sales systems.
- Create new Machine NSRs (non standard requests) and link to the configuration.
- Optimize configurations to reduce product costs and maximize profitability.
- Single point of contact and link between regional sales teams and factory for ordered systems.
- Maintains relationship with field personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions.
- Cost analysis of shipped systems (calculation vs. actuals).
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Qualifikationen
- Technical knowledge of Lam Spin Clean product portfolio.
- Basic semiconduction process knowledge ideally within a Semiconductor equipment supplier.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to establish successful relationships in a multicultural environment with external and internal customers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset / hands-on mentality.
Erfahrung
- Minimum of 7-10 years work experience in comparable position.
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Work experience in Semiconductor Equipment Industry preferable.
