As our Internal Technical Support, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient, reliable, and customer-focused technical support.
Your impact? You make sure customer inquiries are handled precisely, technical solutions run smoothly, and our sales team is backed by expert guidance.
Our customers benefit from dependable answers and tailored solutions that keep their applications stable, efficient, and ready for future challenges.
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and take ownership of technical clarification, documentation, testing, and customer support-helping us move toward a more efficient and customer-centric future.
Handle phone and written customer inquiries and ensure reliable technical support.
Support customers by independently developing customer-specific technical solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams on the design, configuration, and commissioning support of our frequency converters-including documentation.
Use your technical skills to execute laboratory tests that enable customer-specific solution implementation.
Continuously learn and share knowledge by preparing, organizing, and delivering customer trainings and supporting our sales team with technical expertise.

Qualifikationen

Confident use of technical tools and systems, or a strong willingness to learn them.

Strong communication skills in German, both written and spoken.

Erfahrung

Completed apprenticeship in an electrotechnical field and experience in technical support with a proven ability to develop customer-specific solutions.
