Deine Rolle im Team
- You monitor our eCommerce environment and support the release management and versioning of our technical components.
- You create concepts and requirements for new functionalities.
- You work together with your eCommerce IT colleagues to ensure a smooth development process.
- You help our business stakeholders with problems related to orders, products and/or stock levels.
- You take care of cost controlling and accounting in the area of ecommerce.
- You are a tool owner and are responsible for topics such as user management and key accounting within the company.
- You improve the user experience and user journeys with focus on conversion related KPIs incl. conversion rate, add to cart rate, average order value and items per basket.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- You are familiar with ecommerce and generally understand the supply chain of an ecommerce delivery.
- You are no stranger to in-house troubleshooting and support.
- Agile development is in your blood.
- Our day-to-day work is bilingual, so very good German and English skills are a must.
Erfahrung
- You have first experience as an IT eCommerce Operation Manager / Requirements Engineer or similar.
- Experience with the administration of tools as well as the conception of new requests is your daily bread.
- Experience with an online shop platform like Shopify, a CMS (ideally Kontent.ai) and jira/confluence are a plus.
