Data & Insights Manager (m/f/d)
- Owning 'insights-driven organization' roadmap
- Drive business analytics mindset towards a data-based decision-making Austrian LOC
- Act as a* 'business translator' that partners with the Business Units to harness the power of insights and analytics and help answer important business questions
- Acts as a pro-active sparring partner and single point of contact to the business combining intelligence on competitors, customers, strategies and markets by challenging assumptions
- Actively participate in Leadership strategic meetings (including Business Unit meetings) to elevate the data and performance culture in the LOC.
- Use internal & external sales data, competitor insights, digital, SFE data and market research to integrate business insights into actionable product/brand opportunities
- Initiates market insight projects (e.g. market research, creating dashboards) including alignment within cross-functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, Finance and external vendors)
- Has the oversight of local data sources and the translation of them to the respective KPIs
- Ownership & implementation of data & insights training capability across cross-functional teams (commercial, medical, etc.)
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
Qualifikationen
- In-depth knowledge of global Sales and Marketing organizations and pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Insight Health etc.) is desired
- Solid understanding of Austrian pharma market and business principles
- Sound knowledge of data analysis & visualization tools, e.g. PowerBI, Tableu
- Sound knowledge of key Customer Engagement data sources: CRM & Digital (website & omnichannel) analytics
- Strong business acumen with sense of prioritization
- Solid communicator with strong influential skills, strong ability to work in a team and "Hands on" mentality & 'can do' attitude
- Demonstrates ability to achieve results in highly matrix environment
- Proficient in German and in English
Erfahrung
- Min. 5 years of experience working in Healthcare sector or 8 years of experience with Data, Insights & Analytics as a business analyst and leadership partner at a relevant sector
