- We are looking for a Salesforce Application Engineer to drive the design, configuration, and support of our Salesforce platform.
- This role combines solution architecture with hands-on system configuration and user support.
- Analyze business processes and gather requirements to design scalable Salesforce solutions within Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with stakeholders and external partners.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce back and front-end, including reports, dashboards, and system setups.
- Familiarity with Lightning web Components (LWC)/Aura components.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to support user adoption.
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Oversee support issues, monitor system performance, and ensure data integrity.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
Qualifikationen
- Exposure to Apex, SOQL, SOSL and integration concepts (REST, SOAP).
- Salesforce certifications are highly appreciated.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Erfahrung
- Several years of functional Salesforce consulting experience.
- Experience in software architecture and technical design in CRM systems.
