Deine Rolle im Team
- Develop new techniques to connect legacy equipment to modern infrastructure.
- Manage code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes.
- Create IoT applications that run on-premises and in the cloud.
- Support creation of technical guidelines, standards and templates for digitalization projects to be scaled across the MML group.
- Support the creation of an OT architecture for MML divisions.
- Interface with corporate support divisions to implement digitalization projects.
- Receive and provide training to divisional teams related to digitalization.
- Develop KPIs, metrics and other monitoring tools to track I4.0 production environments.
- Provide detailed specifications to proposed solutions including materials, external services and internal resources required.
- Actively troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, Information Systems or equivalent proof of baseline knowledge.
Qualifikationen
- Good understanding of IoT, security, communication protocols (MQTT), UNS (Unified Name Space).
- Familiar with PLC programming in Siemens and Rockwell controllers, among others.
- Familiar with source control tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
- Familiar with cloud architecture.
- Knowledge of industrial IoT sensor connectivity, data acquisition and data historian software.
- Knowledge of different project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- Familiar with Robot programming and SCADA software is a plus.
- Able to exercise independent judgement and take action on it.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Able to persuade / influence stakeholders to drive optimization and standards.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years experience in software development.
- Experience with programming language (ex. Python, C#, JavaScript, C++).
- Experience with databases and different types of data storage.
