In dieser Position baust du die IT-Sicherheit von Grund auf auf, implementierst Sicherheitslösungen und analysierst Cyber-Bedrohungen, während du eng mit IT-Teams zusammenarbeitest, um Sicherheitsstandards zu gewährleisten.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Build up IT Security from scratch - Driving IT Security from framework conception to hands-on implementation.
- Push boundaries of conventional security by integrating emerging technologies (e.g. AI-based threat analysis, cloud-native security tools).
- Implement, administrate and monitor security solutions such as SIEM, IDS/IPS/XDR and endpoint protection.
- Provide training and initiatives to enhance employees' awareness of IT security.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards and be a driving force in shaping a forward-thinking security culture across the organization.
- Identify cyber threats, security vulnerabilities and monitor published software updates, establish SOC / ISMS and analyze the Zero Trust firewall solution.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Academic degree in the field of IT Security, Informatics or equivalent qualification.
Qualifikationen
- Profound knowledge of network security, cryptography and security protocols.
- Security certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent) are an asset and you continuously stay up to date with the latest security paradigms and approaches.
- Negotiation-level proficiency in English and German.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and team-oriented mindset.
Erfahrung
- Several years of professional experience in the field of IT Security.
- Experience with security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs and endpoint protection.
