Job Technologien
Deine Rolle im Team
- Serve as the key technical support, handling daily IT issues across Windows and MacOS systems, including hardware, software, and network problems
- Manage and maintain various IT systems and software, such as Office 365
- Oversee the setup and security maintenance of user laptops and other IT equipment
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including cloud-based operations (Amazon Web Services, Azure), VMware, network, servers, and software applications
- Carry out system administration tasks, such as user/group management and security settings
- Configure and deploy workstations (Mac & PC) for new and existing users
- Monitor infrastructure health, respond to tech issues, and assist in the lifecycle of services
- Conduct regular audits of infrastructure systems, including backups
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and MacOS operating systems.
- Administration of MS SharePoint and Office 365 based services
- Active Directory operation and management (user management, machine management, group policies, identity management, etc.,)
- Ability to work in an international context with fluency in English
Erfahrung
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an IT system administrator
