- Coordinating agreed upon demos between all groups and product groups involved.
- Spec responses and technical marketing presentations.
- Technical management of penetrations.
- Focus on integration challenges and layer level requirements for customer devices with specific focus on specialty technologies.
- Understanding of integration around advanced packaging applications.

Qualifikationen
- Minimum BSc in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics - PhD would be preferred.
Erfahrung
- 10+ years' experience in program or project management at relevant area of expertise.
- 15+ years' experience working with customers.
