In dieser Rolle führst du eigenständige Tests auf verschiedenen Plattformen durch, dokumentierst Fehler, erstellst Testpläne und mentorst junior QA-Tester, um die Qualität in den Entwicklungszyklen zu sichern.

Deine Rolle im Team
- As a (Senior) Game Tester (m/f/d) you take full ownership of hands-on game testing by independently performing test passes across multiple devices and platforms, including documentation, bug reporting, and a variety of test types (exploratory, regression, smoke, etc.)
- You also take ownership of QA processes, including creating and maintaining test plans, ensuring quality throughout the development cycle, and being responsible for assigned features or titles
- Moreover, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, track bug fixes, and actively contribute to sprints, reviews, and milestone meetings
- In addition, you will mentor junior QA team members by providing them with best practices and expertise to support their growth and the development of the entire team.
- Last but not least, you support test automation efforts by implementing and using automated testing tools or pipelines
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Fluent in English, German is nice to have
- Deep understanding of the game development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum workflows
- Strong bug writing, communication, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, DevTrack)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Erfahrung
- 5+ years experience in QA for games, with multiple shipped titles in a senior or lead testing role
- Experience in the Casino Game Industry
- Experience testing on various platforms (PC, mobile, EGMs)
