Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle implementierst und unterstützt du MES- und Shopfloor-Anwendungen, integrierst Produktionsmaschinen mit IT-Systemen und optimierst die Effizienz durch real-time Datenflüsse und digitale Prozesse.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Implement and support MES and shopfloor applications to improve production visibility, traceability, and efficiency across manufacturing, maintenance, warehousing, and quality.
- Integrate production machines and equipment with IT systems and ensure data integrity and real-time data flow between shopfloor systems and enterprise applications, e.g. ERP, IoT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze manufacturing processes and identify digitalization opportunities, discuss IT-demands with the Operations function, advise on needs in terms of hardware, software and infrastructure, ensure business case development.
- Plan and prioritize feature backlog within the team of business partners and transparently communicate back to business stakeholders.
- Lead or support IT projects related to manufacturing systems, including vendor selection, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Own the lifecycle, TCO and license management of legacy functional applications.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and production staff.
- Ensure compliance with IT security, data privacy, and operational standards.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimize downtime.

Qualifikationen
- Graduated in Information Technology or equivalent qualification with a strong passion for emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IIoT, and smart manufacturing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of database management, client-server environments, networking, and security.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, digital production systems, and machine integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience with MES platforms and shopfloor IT such as Oracle MES, FORCAM MES FLEX, or similar.
