Deine Rolle im Team
- We are looking for a passionate Information & Technology Manager to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
- You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the seamless operation, security, and continuous improvement of all hotel information systems.
- This role supports daily hotel operations by maintaining reliable technology infrastructure, delivering exceptional internal customer service, and driving digital innovation that enhances both guest and employee experiences.
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all hotel IT systems, network infrastructure, server environment, and back-office systems.
- Ensure all systems run efficiently, securely, and with minimal downtime.
- Coordinate system upgrades, updates, and preventive maintenance in alignment with operations and guest impact.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system architecture, processes, and procedure.
- Manage the hotel’s wired and wireless network infrastructure, ensuring strong, stable, and secure connectivity across the property.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to optimize speed, reliability, and accessibility.
- Oversee hardware procurement, installation, and lifecycle management (servers, switches, workstations, mobile devices, security systems).

Qualifikationen
- Proven success operating hotel technology environments (applications, integrations, networks and endpoints) and leading cross‑functional initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills; able to build credibility with executives and front‑line teams.
Erfahrung
- Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or hospitality.
