Deine Rolle im Team
- Technical support and advice for potential customers in the sales process.
- Development of individual solution concepts and preparation of technical offers.
- Set-up, configuration and ongoing support of our demo system.
- Supporting account executives and account managers with technical questions, workshops and on-site appointments.
- Collaboration in the definition of requirements and the creation of statements of work.
- Working closely with internal teams such as project management and product development to implement customer-specific requirements.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Completed technical or commercial training.
- Very good communication and presentation skills - even for complex technical topics.
- Confident handling of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Technical understanding of APIs, databases and system integrations.
- Very good knowledge of German and English; other languages an advantage.
- Willingness to travel approx. 10-20% of the time.
Erfahrung
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales or IT consulting - ideally in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
- Experience in developing technical solution concepts.
- Experience in solution-oriented sales / value selling.
- Ideally industry experience in the TIC environment (testing, inspection, certification).
