In dieser Position entwickelst du skalierbare Backend-Dienste für die CITIES-Plattform, implementierst neue Funktionen, arbeitest an der API-Performance und kooperierst im cross-funktionalen Team am gesamten Entwicklungszyklus.

Deine Rolle im Team

Develop and maintain scalable backend services for the CITIES platform.
Design and implement new features, and enhance existing functionalities.
Actively contribute to the full development lifecycle (design, implementation, testing, deployment).
Ensure performance, security, and reliability of our APIs and database structures.
Collaborate within a cross-functional team (Backend, Web, Mobile, Design, Support).
Participate in architectural decisions and help define best practices.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich

Ausbildung

Degree in Computer Science or a related field (FH, TU or equivalent).

Qualifikationen

Deep understanding in designing RESTful APIs and services in a microservice environment.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Erfahrung

Several years of professional experience as a Backend Developer.
Proven skills in Node.js and experience managing MongoDB databases.
Nice to have: Production experience on Docker, Kubernetes and knowledge in managing cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
