Deine Rolle im Team
- You are passionate about solving complex technical challenges and supporting customers in a high-tech environment.
- As a Technical Support Engineer, you will analyze system performance, investigate technical issues, and work closely with engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Provide 2nd Level Support for complex technical issues and customer escalations.
- Analyze system data, logs, and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and system aborts.
- Create, maintain, and track support tickets.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and engineering teams to drive issue resolution.
- Participate in on-call support and tool operation when required.
- Support process improvements, documentation, and training initiatives.

Ausbildung
- Technical degree in Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical data, log files, and system performance indicators.
- Structured, independent, and customer-focused working style.
- Excellent communication skills and very good English proficiency.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and root cause analysis methodologies is an advantage.
Erfahrung
- Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or a similar engineering role.
- Ideally, experience in the semiconductor, high-tech, or manufacturing industry.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional teams is a plus.
