Deine Rolle im Team
- Establish and maintain an IT-Security Strategy and IT-Security Roadmap.
- Support the Information Security Organization.
- Provide strategic and tactical vision, and execution, focused on incident prevention, detection, and response.
- Perform IT security risk assessments and report on ways to minimize threats.
- Serve as the lead security executive for AT&S, responsible for leading an effective corporate-wide initiative and instilling a culture of security throughout the company, including close relationships with the Executive Chairman, CEO, and executive leadership team.
- Establishment of a global Security Operations Center (SOC) for IT and OT Security, acting as Process Owner for Manage Security Services.

Ausbildung
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field or at least 10 years' experience with focus on IT-Security, IT Leadership with significant responsibilities in IT-Security and Information Security.
Qualifikationen
- Knowledge in IT-Risk and Crisis Management.
- Prepare decisions for Top Management.
- Basic Knowhow in local Law¿s and IT-Law¿s.
- Willingness to participate in internal and external Audits.
- Strong knowledge in leadership and motivation of employees.
- Professional English skills to ensure effective communication.
- Strong communication skills with TOP Management and for interacting with major Customers in regard of IT-Security.
