Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field AND solid experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security)
- OR master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field AND proven experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security)
Qualifikationen
- Proven record of managing multiple, highly complex projects or portfolios and leading blended, multidisciplinary teams
- Additional benefit skills in Data e.g., Data lakes, Synapse, Agents/Agentic
- Technical or professional certification in Infrastructure and migration domain
Erfahrung
- OR equivalent experience including career returners and those with non-linear paths
- Proven strong migration and infrastructure (AVS) expertise and proven senior-level experience to lead and deliver high-impact solutions
- Experience with technical (services/consulting) sales experience
- Leadership/people management experience, including leading and supporting a diverse team of e.g., technical consultants
