Deine Rolle im Team
- As the person responsible for all topics related to information and communication technology, you will ensure smooth operations and handle all ICT matters and requests.
- Install, set up, test, and commission new hardware.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support by phone, and on-site when needed.
- Archive various types of data.
- Conduct online research for new or alternative products and services.
- Take on project responsibility and implementation for new hardware.
- Continuously monitor server and network hardware, manage backups, and troubleshoot when necessary.
- Communicate with suppliers and the ICT departments of our clients and partners.
- Assist in the implementation of GDPR regulations.
- Update internal documentation.

- You are confident in managing the following systems: the above-mentioned operating systems (our client computers are Apple devices), embedded systems such as NAS, switches, WLAN, firewalls, telephone systems, software and software services, for example: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud.
Erfahrung
- You have several years of professional experience in IT.
- You have solid knowledge of macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android operating systems, as well as experience with network technologies.
