- Design engaging slot game concepts that combine creativity, mathematical balance, and an exceptional player experience.
- Develop detailed game design documentation covering visuals, sound, and mathematical concepts.
- Guide the end-to-end game design process in collaboration with the Head of Game Studio.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, mechanics, and design inspirations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely project delivery.
- Identify and resolves gameplay, visual, or math-related challenges through creative, data-informed solutions.
- Act as the key contact for implementing complex game features that require collaboration across disciplines.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
- Advocate for the player experience throughout the design and development process.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Game Design or a related field such as Mathematics or Art.
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of game design principles, player psychology, and game creation processes.
- Good knowledge of the slots and gambling industry, with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working with Excel and JIRA (or similar project management systems).
- Basic understanding of visual composition and design fundamentals.
- Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Open to occasional travel (up to 5%).
Erfahrung
- At least 1 year of experience in slot game design or 2+ years in general game design.
