Ausbildung

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Qualifikationen

• Serve as a subject matter expert on techniques and best practices for extending Dynatrace, combining product expertise with your skills and knowledge.
• Regularly consult with customers to understand and meet their business and technical goals.
• Work with customers to provide information on how to best incorporate the Dynatrace product in non-out-of-the-box supported environments.
• Develop, and support, integrations with 3rd party tools and devices to extend the footprint of Dynatrace through the extension framework, custom apps and custom workflow actions.
• Participate in project scoping and integration architectural deployment design.
• Partner with the sales team as needed in presales technical sessions.
• Able to multitask, for example a few customer engagements, Slack, emails, support questions and side projects.
• Self-starter and driven to deliver projects on time.
• Comfortable with taking shortcuts to deliver value for money for internal and external.
• Inherent and proven problem-solving nature, with an engaged, self-motivated, can-do attitude.
• Extensive knowledge of Python, YAML, ReactJS and Typescript.
• Comfortable with people from the development labs to the executive offices.
• Comfortable taking educated risks as warranted.
• Ability to write or contribute to technical white papers and blogs.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Also a 2nd European language would be desirable.

Erfahrung

• Experience hands-on design and programming experience, preferably Python or ReactJS/Typescript.
• Strong consulting/development experience, preferably with monitoring tools.
• A broad experience with network devices, databases, storage devices, and messaging systems.
• Front end design experience.
• Previous Dynatrace experience, or experience with another Application management tool.
