- You serve as the professional leader of the IT, DevOps, & Integrations team and create an environment of collaboration and growth.
- You develop and execute the technical vision of the IT, DevOps, & Integrations team.
- You drive evidence-based decision-making when choosing the most appropriate technologies and architectural designs.
- You foster an engaging, collaborative team environment, and set clear priorities to meet team OKRs.
- You ensure the effective and efficient completion of sprint goals.
- You apply agile methods when developing innovative software solutions.
- You implement secure, high-performance server applications, focusing on stability and scalability.
- You optimize application code and address bottlenecks and resource utilization.
- You manage the release process using Git and Azure DevOps.
- You actively assist the team in the software development process, from requirement analysis to release to ensure smooth collaboration.
- You facilitate open communication with internal stakeholders, especially infrastructure specialists.
- You conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.

Ausbildung
- You have completed higher technical education (Technical College/TU/University of Applied Sciences) in computer science/software development.
Qualifikationen
- Having a clean code is part of your programming culture.
- You know server management and containerization.
- You are familiar with agile development processes.
- You focus on what is possible, take ownership, and go the extra mile.
Erfahrung
- You have experience leading high-efficiency teams with a focus on quality and performance.
- You bring at least five years of experience in designing & implementing Java server applications (Java 8+) and ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- You have experience with common web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- You have practical experience with Java Dependency Injection, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Hazelcast, multi-threading, and the design of REST APIs, as well as knowledge of using Angular 10+ and TypeScript.
