Job Technologien
Deine Rolle im Team
- Participating in one or several projects, you'll be supporting the team with text-based xml configuration, requirement specification and documentation activities.
- Configuration of our solution/application for projects as well as internal and external sales demos
- Maintenance, support and management of existing solutions, demos, and their documentation
- Authoring technical documentation such as configuration manuals and solution descriptions or requirement specifications
- Management of customer requirements and their mapping to product features and translation into new development items
- Create test specifications and perform software tests
- Specify requirements for new functionalities and define development scope
- Participating in technical meetings with customers in support of the Sales, Solution Consulting and Project Management teams.
- Alignment with development teams on technical deliverables

Ausbildung
- Successfully completed higher technical education (HTL/FH/UNI)
Qualifikationen
- Good IT knowledge otherwise, e.g. MS Office, Jira, Jama, Confluence
- Hands-on mentality and effective cooperation and communication with internal and external partners
- Time-management and decision making skills
- Like to work independently as well as in a team
- Like to learn new technologies and details about our product suite
- Proficient in the English language, any other languages, especially German, would be a benefit
Erfahrung
- Junior-level experience with programming and/or application and interface configuration (XML/JSON/RESTful service) sufficient, but preferably senior level if available
- First experience in writing (technical) description documents
