Deine Rolle im Team
- For this role and task, we expect fluent written and spoken German and English skills - other languages are an additional advantage.
- The main task is to installation, integration, and commissioning of our ICM-Suite software solutions as well as support in carrying out system tests in Vienna and on site at the customer's site – please see also page ICM-Suite
- Technical interface responsible and coordinated with our technical project management through implementation phase, on-site acceptances, go-live activities and during maintenance phase.
- Technical planning of software solution installations, test phase and update planning of customer’s system during operation.
- System adjustments - Configuration, installation of new versions, updating of existing software solutions directly at the customer's site.
- Problem solver of our software solution environments and system analysis - 2nd and 3rd level support, on-call service if required.
- Technical documentation internal and for customer’s software solution documentation.
- Requirements engineering - enhancement / improvement of our software solutions, especially in terms of configuration and maintenance.
- Set up product demos and maintain them through domain-specific parameterization of the ICM-Suite software solution and the corresponding orchestration of demo data for use internal, on site at trade fairs or customer presentations, including the self-sufficient hardware environments required for the software solution demos.

Ausbildung
- Technical education in computer science and several years of relevant professional experience in IT or equivalent experience in industrial as technical project manager environment.
Qualifikationen
- High social competence to solve complex situations successfully and with pleasure as well as Hands-on mentality when solving novel tasks.
- Dedicated communication across channels within our teams and external customer teams, not only to resolve issues in our software solutions environments, but also to customize and improve the personal experience in our software solutions environment.
- Maintaining (virtual) server for provision, patching and administration Linux, Apache, Microsoft, Databases servers as required for setting up and operating our software solution environments – IP network know-how is an advantage.
- Monitoring, operation, and deployment of common configuration management tools like Zabbix.
- IT and network security knowledge and usage of common WLAN router and (software) firewalls for setting up and operating our software solution environments.
Erfahrung
- Technical experience in implementing of complex software projects and be able to successfully install, integrate and commission those systems.
- Shell and scripting experience on an advanced level.
