We work in project teams. The required skillset and the people involved will vary for each project. Design / UX, Text / Content, Development & PM. Employees usually work on a single primary project but they can also be part of multiple teams.

We start every Monday with meetings of the project teams to assess the tasks and goals for the current week, as well as a quick outlook on the next weeks(s). Afterwards the whole team joins for a "team meeting" for common topics as well as resource allocation towards the individual projects und the status of each one. Depending on the phase of the projects we do quick update meetings every second day to coordinate the different team members.
