In dieser Rolle sorgst du für technischen Support bei Hardware, Software und Netzwerkanfragen, pflegst Apple- und Windows-Geräte mit Jamf Pro und Intune und verwaltest die Beschaffung und Vendorenkoordination.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Provide hands-on and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues for employees across Austrian and German sites.
- Occasional travel to nearby sites, all within a 20-minute distance from the main office.
- Act as primary contact for procurement and vendor management: handle quotes, orders, inventory, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Use Microsoft 365 to resolve part of the incidents and requests.
- Manage Apple device fleet using Jamf Pro; ensure proper configuration and maintenance.
- Manage Windows device fleet using Intune; ensure proper configuration and maintenance.
- Use ServiceNow for ticketing, incident tracking, and knowledge base updates.
- Execute basic infrastructure changes, working with infra and network teams based in Paris.
- Apply ITIL best practices in Helpdesk operations.
- Maintain documentation and templates for staff onboarding/offboarding and technical procedures.
- Ensure curative and preventive maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, mobile phones, copiers, etc.).
- Support rights management for devices and copiers.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment, both on-site and remotely.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in Computer Science, BTS, or equivalent (minimum +2/+3 years post-secondary).
Qualifikationen
- Solid knowledge of Apple technologies and M365/Intune.
- Strong autonomy, reliability, and ability to communicate clearly (written and oral).
- Excellent organizational skills, sense of priorities, and pragmatic problem-solving.
- Empathy, team spirit, and adaptability.
- Fluent English required; German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in IT support, ideally in a multi-site or international context.
- Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL practices preferred.
