Qualifikationen
Excellent O365 Know how; Exchange, MS Teams, Sharepoint, Active Directory
Good MS Azure setup, maintenance and administration know-how
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking (LAN, WAN, Wifi, DNS, DHCP….)
Windows Server, MS SQL and Reporting Services and Configuration Management (based on SCCM)
ITIL v3 Foundation and Windows Power-Shell and scripting know-how would be an advantage
Good English Language skills
Erfahrung
3 years of experience within IT Operations
Teamwork, experience in working with remote teams, communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ausbildung
A Level, University or University of Applied Sciences degree in IT
