- Enable an agile team of embedded automotive software developers to reach their goals
- Coach the team for continuous improvement and challenge the team actively to increase their efficiency, performance and quality
- Facilitate Scrum meetings, e.g. sprint planning, retrospectives, dailys, ...
- Make progress transparent, monitor team impediments and support in solving them

Ausbildung
- University degree in computer science or in a similar field
Qualifikationen
- Professional experience as a Scrum master in cross-functional teams (Scrum, SAFe)
- Software development knowledge in Embedded C
- Familiar with state-of-the-art development methods and tools
- Ideally, several years of experience with scaled agile frameworks SAFe and Scrum with proven track record
- Ideally, profound English skills, willingness to learn German
- Ideally, high social competence with good communication skills and ability to network
