Deine Rolle im Team

  • First and second level support for customers using our Master Data software solutions
  • Work with customers over the phone, Web-meetings or email communication to resolve issues
  • Collaborating with third level support, Development and Quality Team
  • Reproduce and ticketize reported issues
  • Coordinate efforts with other teams and teammates to resolve issues quickly
  • Perform or organize root cause analysis for Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues, escalating as necessary
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills and prioritize competing requirements and meet service levels and deadlines
  • Provide customer product feedback to the product team

Unsere Erwartungen an dich


  • Technical or commercial high school diploma
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-Motivated and able to adapt and learn quickly while on the job
  • Analytical and conceptual competence
  • Excellent German and English communication skills


  • 2+ years of work experience in a software support role appreciated


  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or Engineering related field apprciated
