Facilitate Co-Creation and Design Thinking Workshops
Plan and carry out qualitative research activities
Create personas and user journeys
Work closely together with the product owners, business analysts and other designers to prepare user stories as well as story maps
Develop hi-fi prototypes
Incorporate and maintain UI components into a design library
Derive recommendations for continuous improvement based on qualitative and quantitative data

Analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working
Very good communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Fluent in English language for business purposes
High level of commitment and motivation
Team player and having customer orientation
Erfahrung
Excellent user experience and usability know-how
Advanced practical experience in using Sketch, Marvel, Zeplin or similar tools
Experience in working in an agile environment is an advantage
