Deine Rolle im Team

  • Manage technical customer support activities. This includes remote and on site customer support.
  • Manage the global technical support infrastructure for the products under your responsibility (smartcards and software solution products).
  • Provide technical support, consultancy and guidance to customers during the system definition phase.
  • Support the development activities of the customer, based on international and local standards.
  • Support with technical expertise and customer input the development activities of the NXP internal R&D projects.
  • Support technical design-in and lead customer projects.
  • Provide technical product trainings to customers.
  • Prepare application notes, user manuals and technical support materials.
  • Prepare code snippets, sample implementations and supporting tools for customers.
  • Contribute to next generation product with customer feedback.
  • Develop close relationship with the worldwide technical support network.
  • Act as “voice of the customer” within the company. Take part in internal development programs as Product Support Owner
  • Take part as a stakeholder of the product definition and review meetings. As Product Support Owner define, track and validate project requirements based on customer needs.

  • Experience with smartcards and secure microcontroller
  • Experience in embedded software development
  • ​Excellent communications and customer interfacing skills
  • Experience with smartcard Infrastructure
  • Experience in writing technical documentation
  • Object-oriented software development experience (full-stack client and server
  • Experience with agile development / SCRUM


  • Bachelor / Master`s degree in Software Engineering, Informatics, Electrical Engineering or similar
